Housed in a centrally located building that has been fully renovated, our restaurant was established 35 years ago in the old town of Pamplona. We are just a pebble’s throw from the Church of San Nicolás, the Plaza del Castillo, the Town Hall and the well-known ‘encierro’ route or running of the bulls.
The restaurant has a spacious dining room for big groups or parties.
Our chef is Matias Giocoli, from Escuela de Cocina Luis Irizar, a cooking school in Guipúzcoa. He has worked in such prestigious establishments as Casa Ángel, Restaurante Rodero or La Mar Salada, among others.
Giocoli’s menu skilfully combines contemporary haute cuisine with traditional recipes.
Specialities: Our menu includes innovative dishes that take up the best of regional gastronomy. Our star ingredients include boiled vegetables (menestra), cardoon, artichokes, red tuna caught with traditional fishing techniques like almadraba, and foie gras in a variety of preparations.
